Initial term 20 years from Effective Date, with up to three automatic 10-year renewals (maximum 50 years) unless terminated with 90 days’ notice

Initial 20-year term beginning on the Effective Date, automatically renewing for up to three additional 10-year terms (total possible term 50 years) unless either party gives 90 days’ written notice before the end of the then-current term or there is an uncured material breach.
