Through a Memorandum of Understanding, Schenectady County will provide $75,000 in DCJS Discovery Reform funding to the Schenectady Police Department for digital evidence infrastructure and overtime to manage discovery obligations from April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026. The police department recommends acceptance of the award and associated funding plan.
