Description
Phillips Exeter Academy has agreed to grant the Town of Exeter a perpetual easement on land off Drinkwater Road for a new municipal groundwater supply well, including access, utilities, and a 400-foot protective radius. The Select Board must complete RSA 41:14-a hearings and approval before finalizing the easement, which is required for NHDES to issue the large groundwater withdrawal permit.
