The City of Santa Rosa Housing Authority acknowledged the completion of the Burbank Avenue Apartments affordable housing project funded in part through CDBG-DR grants administered by the California Department of Housing & Community Development. The project was completed with occupancy in August 2025 and is expected to be fully leased by June 2026.
