District Amends SDRMA Health Benefits MOU

Initial MOU entered August 5, 2017; dental benefits added July 1, 2020; current amendment effective upon execution and annual renewals per PRISM Program

Program operates on calendar-year coverage with annual renewals; ENTITY may withdraw effective December 31 of a year by providing at least 120 days’ prior written notice before January 1 of the subsequent calendar year, with a three-year waiting period for re-entry and subject to underwriting approval. SDRMA may terminate the MOU and participation agreement for nonpayment or failure to execute required amendments effective as of the next annual renewal date.
