Lower Paxton Township is considering approval of a three-year service agreement with MO2 Ventures LLC d/b/a Wagg Dog Parks to install and operate a smart access control and membership management system at the Happy Tails Dog Park. The partnership includes $26,839.86 in hardware and installation with milestone payments, a performance-based revenue share, and options for a fixed-fee basic access control model and donation feature. The system is proposed to go live in September 2026 as part of Phase 1 park renovations.
