Scottsbluff Public School District will continue its contract with the Nebraska Educator’s Health Alliance to provide group health and dental insurance for full-time classified employees for the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 contract years. The District will contribute 60% of the employee-only premium on the EHA Dual Choice health plan options.
