Through the 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029 school terms, with automatic one-year renewals unless terminated with 60 days’ notice before the end of a school term

Initial term runs through the 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029 school terms, after which the agreement automatically renews for additional one-year terms unless any party provides at least 60 days’ written notice of termination before the end of the school term. Agreement may also be terminated on 60 days’ notice if ISBE does not approve ALOP, funding is insufficient, or participation falls below a mutually acceptable level.
