Rogers City Council will amend its Trailway Cooperative Agreement with Three Rivers Park District to terminate prior tunnel funding terms and eliminate the City’s obligation to design and construct the CR 144/141st Avenue grade-separated crossing. The Second Amendment formally adjusts responsibilities under the 2020 Crow River Regional Trail agreement.
