The Town of Rockport approved a grant agreement and initial $3 million donation from the Lesher Family Foundation to fully fund the construction of Rockport Common. The award provides for both direct payments to design professionals and a grant to the Town for construction, with additional philanthropic funding to be provided for two major park buildings.
