City Moves To Lien Delinquent Recology Solid Waste Bills

The City of Colusa will act under its Recology franchise agreement to place delinquent solid waste charges for April 2025 through March 2026 onto the 2026-27 County property tax roll. The resolution authorizes collection of outstanding Recology accounts and a $47 City administration fee per lien.
