The City of Hartford will receive surveillance camera equipment at the Pearl and Trumbull intersection from Hartford Healthcare at a total value of $12,833.70. Hartford Healthcare is covering all costs and will transfer ownership to the City once installed under an MOU. The City Council is authorizing the Hartford Police Department to officially accept the equipment.
