Sinclair Community College entered into a College Credit Plus service agreement with Quaker Digital Academy School District effective May 4, 2026, to deliver college-level courses to District students. Sinclair will be compensated via Ohio Department of Education payments using statutory default floor rates and alternative payment structures for 2026-2027, with annual rate negotiations thereafter.
