Five (5) years from date of last Party's signature, with 30 days’ written notice termination and extension through end of semester for enrolled students

Initial term of five years from the date of last signature. Either party may terminate for convenience upon 30 days’ written notice, with term automatically extended as needed through the end of the semester for students already enrolled. Future modifications require written amendment signed by both parties.
