The Bone Mesa Domestic Water District engaged RCAC staff to support capital improvement planning and preparation of a State Revolving Fund financing application. RCAC will assist the District with SRF loan applications for relining the Mays raw storage tank and rehabilitating the raw transmission line between Gelwick and Mays.
