The Vallejo HCD Commission will consider recommending TEFRA approval for up to $20 million in CMFA-issued revenue bonds to benefit Eden Housing, Inc. for the Sereno Village Apartments project at 750 Sereno Drive. The City will incur no financial obligation for this nonprofit-sponsored multifamily housing financing.
