Description

A June 1, 2026 agreement requires Robert and Julie Sears to retain Silva’s Landscaping to replant seven cedar trees, install irrigation and mulch, and restore fencing after temporary access across Zoll Street Beach for tree work. The City will require replacement of any failed trees for two years following completion.
