Monroe Township approved participation in the ACESplus Program and authorized a long-term consulting agreement with Gabel Associates to develop and implement a Community Solar Program at no direct cost to the Township. Gabel’s renewable energy consulting fees will be paid by the successful solar developer under an anticipated 15-year Master Performance Agreement.
