Delaware City Council approved Resolution No. 26-10 authorizing the city manager to execute a purchase and sale agreement with Trailhead Acquisitions LLC for right-of-way and easement needed for the Byxbe Parkway construction. The emergency resolution allows the land acquisition expenditures to proceed immediately within the 2026 fiscal year.
