SELPA Master Contract With Center for Accessible Technology

Contra Costa SELPA entered into a 2025-2026 Master Contract with Center for Accessible Technology to provide special education and related services to students with exceptional needs. The agreement runs from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 and may continue until a new master contract is executed or terminated. Rates are governed through the Bay Area SELPA Collaborative process and remain fixed during the term absent a written amendment.

Annual rate increases may be considered via the Bay Area SELPA Collaborative and require written approval by both parties.
