School districts renew joint special education services agreement

Several Indiana school corporations entered into a Joint Services Agreement with the Kokomo Area Special Education Cooperative (KASEC) for the 2025–2026 school year to provide and administer special education programs and related services. Western School Corporation will serve as the LEA and fiscal agent, with participating districts sharing costs based on their federal IDEA allocations.
