Original independent contractor agreement was effective February 7, 2017 through February 6, 2020 and then converted to month-to-month until formally extended. The new extension establishes a three-year term from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029 with scheduled annual increases of 8% each year, after which the agreement again reverts to month-to-month unless further extended or terminated with 30 days’ notice.
