Through Ordinance 2026-65, the City of Zanesville plans to contract with OpenGov, via Vertosoft, for a four-year, $181,682.54 permitting and licensing software solution supported by an implementation Statement of Work. The OpenGov platform will provide digital permitting, workflow, and integration capabilities for the Community Development Department through December 31, 2029.
