The Town of Rolesville is moving forward with a roadway reimbursement agreement with Merritt LV1 Owner, LLC to acquire additional right-of-way and design costs for the future Fowler Road Extension as part of the Merritt Reserve development. The Town will reimburse the developer through transportation impact fee credits based on an estimated $554,469 in eligible costs, while the developer constructs the two-lane road segment to town standards. This agreement preserves corridor capacity for a future four-lane thoroughfare serving both the project and the broader community.
