The Metropolitan District approved an encroachment agreement with Farmington Woods District/Farmington Woods Master Association to permit installation and maintenance of golf course irrigation infrastructure within MDC’s Nepaug pipeline right-of-way at 43 Heritage Drive in Avon. The agreement imposes strict protection, indemnification, and inspection conditions and must be recorded on local land records within four months of Board action.
