Initial term is five years from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031; agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice, but termination cannot interrupt an intern’s in-progress semester. Any future extensions or amendments must be in writing and approved by the District’s governing board and authorized university representative.
