The CUP for the Verizon wireless facility is valid for 10 years from August 25, 2026 and expires August 25, 2036 unless renewed or extended; an extension of up to two years may be granted if requested at least 90 days before expiration. Upon permanent discontinuation, Verizon must remove the facility and restore the site or the City may do so and recover costs through liens and penalties.
