Wissahickon School District will create an education fund up to $398,814.24 to reimburse Parents for Student’s tuition, paraprofessional, and transportation costs at A Step Up Academy for ESY 2026 through the 2027-2028 school year. In exchange, Parents waive FAPE claims for the covered periods and agree that the District’s obligation is limited to the specified caps and reimbursement procedures. The agreement also allows portability of the funding to another licensed private, non-residential school under the same financial limits.
