County Developing Roof and HVAC Replacement Plan

Prince George County staff are working with J. King Deshazo III, Inc. under a Chesterfield County cooperative contract to develop scope and pricing for replacing the Parks and Recreation Building roof and aging auditorium rooftop HVAC units. A comprehensive proposal will address roof leaks, deteriorated materials, and obsolete HVAC equipment and will return to the Board once costs and funding are defined.
