Elba CSD Amends Fire Monitoring Agreement Terms

Original term 7/1/26–6/30/27; thereafter month-to-month in successive 30-day terms until replaced or terminated with 15 days’ written notice

Upon expiration of the 7/1/26–6/30/27 term, the agreement extends automatically for successive 30-day terms until a new agreement is executed or either party terminates with 15 days’ written notice. Labor and materials in any extended period are billed at JCFP’s standard labor rates at the time work is performed.

Agreement
