Council is asked to approve the issuance of Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) for Asphalt and Concrete Repair and Restoration Services, as requested by Columbia Water on March 11, 2025. Award to the following firms in a total amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00. The initial term of the contract will take effect upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed with an end date one (1) year from commencement and the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods.
