Westwood Professional Services prepared a detailed parking analysis for Richfield Shoppes to support Baleo Fitness’s proposed Anytime Fitness relocation at 6503 Nicollet Avenue South. The study evaluated parking demand against City of Richfield zoning requirements and ITE standards to demonstrate that the gym’s peak hour does not conflict with the center’s overall peak demand.
