Sedona Weighs IGA with NAU for Clean Energy Consortium

Description
City of Sedona is considering joining a one-year intergovernmental agreement with NAU to cooperatively procure clean energy through a virtual power purchase agreement. The contract would authorize NAU to issue an RFP and coordinate selection of a clean energy vendor, with Sedona paying up to $15,000 as its share of legal fees, and NAU covering consultant costs. Final approval and execution will be determined in a future council vote.
