CAVIAT, Flagstaff USD sign 2026-27 CTED services IGA

CAVIAT and Flagstaff Unified School District No. 1 entered into a one-year intergovernmental agreement effective July 1, 2026 to provide career technical education courses and programs at district satellite campuses. Under the agreement, CAVIAT will reimburse or fund portions of teacher salaries, facilities, equipment, and related CTED costs, with detailed allocations set forth in Exhibit A and payments made at least monthly based on documented expenditures. The agreement includes provisions for termination, property ownership of CTED-funded equipment, accountability, and compliance with Arizona CTED statutes.
