Initial term covers FFY 2027–2029 and renews automatically for successive three-year periods unless either party provides written notice of non-participation. City may not terminate or withdraw while the agreement is in effect; County may terminate if HUD rejects the agreement or terminates funding. City and County will execute a legally binding subrecipient agreement each fiscal year.
