Renewal

Initial fixed three-year term for FFY 2027–2029 with no termination or withdrawal allowed during the term. Agreement automatically renews for one additional three-year Urban County qualification period unless either party sends written non-participation notice to the other and HUD by the deadline listed on HUD’s Urban Counties website. Future HUD-required amendments must be adopted by both parties to maintain automatic renewal; failure to adopt voids automatic renewal.
