Sherburne County plans to approve a third amendment to its master agreement with Liberty Vote USA, Inc. for licensing and annual warranty of countywide election equipment from May 1, 2026 through March 31, 2028. The extension follows a change in ownership from Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. to Liberty Vote USA, Inc. and will bridge to a potential RFP for new voting systems for the 2028 cycle.
