Description

YPI Charter Schools, Inc. is extending and amending its business services agreement with Excellent Education Development for one year beginning July 1, 2026. The supplement sets basic service fees at $26,222.50 per month, including CALPADS reporting, and updates a schedule of ancillary finance, payroll, and data management service charges. The original July 1, 2025 agreement otherwise remains in effect unless a non‑renewal notice is delivered within 60 days of April 30, 2026.
