Riverbank Renews Participation in County SIU Task Force

The City of Riverbank is approving a Joint Powers Agreement with the Stanislaus Special Investigations Unit from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029 to participate in a countywide multi-agency task force focused on narcotics and violent crime. The agreement anticipates an annual contribution of $15,000 from the City if no in-kind sworn officer is provided and will automatically renew each year thereafter unless terminated or amended.
