Supervisors expanded the contract with Lincoln to a total of $11,386,122 and extended it through December 31, 2026 to provide additional Medi-Cal specialty mental health services to seriously emotionally disturbed children and families in East County. Funding combines Medi-Cal, Mental Health Realignment, and Pittsburg Unified School District support.
