Initial term runs July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and the agreement will be automatically renewed each year unless terminated by the District on seven days’ written notice or for material breach on three days’ written notice. Renewals continue under the same terms and fee schedule unless amended in writing and signed by both parties.
