Initial term 36 months, auto-renewing 12-month terms; AED service maintenance initial term 12 months, auto-renewing 12-month terms

General services initial term 36 months with automatic 12‑month renewals unless non‑renewal notice is given 30 days before term end. AED service maintenance portion has an initial 12‑month term from first invoice and automatically renews for 12‑month terms with 30‑day prior non‑renewal notice. Safety Center rentals have a 60‑month initial term with 12‑month automatic renewals. Customer may terminate AED portion early subject to remaining charges and per‑device fees; Section 9 provides termination charges of 25% of the unexpired term for convenience terminations, with an exception for documented funding terminations under Section 10.
