Description

Food Cycle Science submitted its final report on Terrace Bay’s second FoodCycler pilot and proposed a fully subsidized expansion of about 100 additional units at $339 per Eco 3 unit. Council received the report for information and directed administration to explore program enhancements for possible consideration in the 2027 budget, without committing to the proposed expansion at this time.
