The Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf will provide audiological and related IEP-based services to the School under an independent contractor agreement effective July 1, 2026, at $160 per hour plus specified fees for supplies and equipment support. The agreement continues until either party terminates with 30 days' written notice and includes reimbursement for travel, supplies, and manufacturer-facilitated repairs.
