Agreement with Reclamation for Lake Mead conservation

The committee will consider authorizing an agreement with the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation to add conserved water to Lake Mead under Metropolitan’s existing Intentionally Created Surplus provisions. The action also enables participation in the Lower Colorado River Basin System Conservation and Efficiency Program.
