The Board authorized a joint Homekey+ application and, if funds are awarded, a partnership agreement with Wakeland Housing and Development Corporation to develop the 96‑unit Paseo del Rey permanent supportive housing project in Chula Vista. Up to $20 million in State Homekey+ funds will support construction and services for veterans and people with behavioral health challenges experiencing homelessness.
