Warrensville Heights City Schools Awards Technology Contract to CONNECT (July 2026)

Initial term of three (3) years, commencing on July 1, 2026 and ending on June 30, 2029; automatically renews for successive one (1) year terms unless terminated with at least six (6) months’ advance written notice before term expiration

Initial term runs from 2026-07-01 to 2029-06-30, with core service support fees fixed during this three-year period. No later than June 1 of the year of contract expiration, either party may request a meeting to discuss renewal or expiration. In the absence of such a meeting, the contract automatically renews for successive one-year terms unless either party provides at least six months’ written notice of non-renewal before the current term expires.
