Third Amendment renews the existing Cooperation Agreements for FY 2027–2029 and incorporates updated HUD requirements from Notice CPD 26-08; agreements will continue in effect through September 30, 2029, and until all covered funds are expended and funded activities completed. HUD’s updated rules also address future auto-renewal limits that will apply at the County’s next requalification cycle.
