ICON Engineering prepared the Willow Creek tributaries flood hazard delineation study, authorized by the Mile High Flood District with multiple local sponsors, to update hydrologic and hydraulic information for Acres Green, Foxhill Park, Phillips, Spring Creek, and Willow Creek East tributaries. CWCB staff relied on this January 2026 report and conducted a limited independent review in support of Floodplain Resolution 26-755.
