Lebanon Engages Envoy For Westside Park Scoping

The City of Lebanon is entering into a six‑month scoping agreement with Envoy, Inc. to refine the scope, design, budget, and financing for the Lebanon Westside Park project under Indiana’s Build‑Operate‑Transfer statute.
